Adata To Offer Channel Scheme For India Subsidiary Opening

To celebrate the debut of its India subsidiary, memory vendor Adata Technology has rolled out a promotional scheme.

Resellers stand to win additional gifts on the purchase of certain quantities of Adata USB drives—on purchases made between November 17 and December 16, 2010, from Adata authorized distributors only.

“The Indian market is vital to our global growth strategy and the opening up of Indian subsidiary operations is an evidence of it,” said Chris Chang, Managing Director, Adata India.

As per the incentive scheme, on purchase of 100 units of a bundle comprising 2GB and 4GB USB sticks resellers win a Nokia Mobile phone of MRP `1,500. On purchase of 250 units of the same bundle, partners will get one Canon digicam of MRP `7,500; and on purchase of 500 units, partners will win one Acer laptop worth MRP `21,000.

Adata products are distributed by Rashi Peripherals, Ingram Micro and Technocrat. The vendor has more than 100 resellers across the country.
