Su-Kam takes to transit media for promotion of its eco-friendly SMF battery


MUMBAI: Su-Kam has recently started a transit media campaign for its SMF eco-friendly batteries. The vehicles have used full body wraps, one-way vision on windows as well as door wraps for the campaign which is up for three months. CashurDrive has executed the campaign.

“The client wanted to use transit media apart from other conventional media like radio and television. I think it is good sign that now they (client) see transit media as an option for promotional campaigns. It gives higher mileage at lower cost more so during long-term campaign activities. The client wanted a higher visibility and these vehicles that tour around the city would provide high number of eyeballs,” said Raghu Khanna, founder and CEO, CashurDrive.

The campaign is up in cities like Chennai, Patna, Chandigarh, Baddi in Himachal Pradesh, Delhi and Ghaziabad to name a few. About 135 vehicles including SUVs and vans have been extensively used in the campaign.

“We have used materials that would protect the creative from dust and can be washed. Even after the wrap is removed, the car paint is not affected. These materials are beneficial for long-time usage. Most of the cities targeted for the transit media campaign either do not have strong presence of hoardings or the client felt that the sales data gathered shows that these cities need to be covered,” added Khanna.
