Memory products vendor Kingston Technology recently appointed Ingram Micro India as one of its national distributors for its DRAM business in India. The vendor aims to increase its DRAM market share in India and the product availability to its consumers.
Ingram has been Kingston’s distributors in Asia Pacific, including Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
"Ingram has all the requisite expertise and experience to help us build a strong footprint for our DRAM products in India. We have chalked out an aggressive sales plan to leverage on its channel network, create a strong channel pull and have an end-user connect," said Scott Chen, Vice President, Asia Pacific, Kingston Technology. “The partnership will facilitate Kingston to grow our market share in India”
